Physical activities are a common form of recreation and a source of well-being, and are key to improving physical fitness and mental health. Physical activities may include introductory, recreational and competitive sports or outdoor activities, fitness training and recreational games incorporating muscle-building . We have fared equally well in the field of sorts too.As so , our extraordinary celebration of 4th Annual sports meet held successfully on 27/02/2019 in our campus .
